Linen n’ Chair Covers reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. In such event that we are not able to supply the full amount of items ordered, and you elect to have our Store ship without the full quantity of ordered merchandise, you will be refunded the amount you paid for those items that will not be included in the order. If you choose not to receive your order less any items we are not able to supply, our Store reserves the right to cancel your entire order and refund you for the full order total paid. Orders with insufficient or inaccurate information, or that in any other way do not comply or adhere to our policies or order processing guidelines, may be placed on hold without prior notification. We will attempt to contact you by the means provided on your account through our Site and will consider leaving a message, either by phone or email, sufficient notification about your order status. If we receive no response from you within 7 days, addressing the problem with your order indicated in our correspondence, then your order will be canceled and refunded without further notification.

Linen n’ Stuff shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. High demand for our merchandise necessitates that we use multiple manufacturers to produce enough for our customers. Since our merchandise may come from various manufacturers, colors across different table linen types and sizes may not match one another exactly. To the best of our ability we try to control the consistency of colors among the various table linen types and sizes, however, we cannot guarantee that all items of a given color will match, especially when spread across multiple item types or orders. Within a given table linen size we will make our best effort to provide merchandise with the closest color match. Please be aware that, even within one item type and especially on larger orders, we cannot guarantee that all merchandise will match exactly since the items may come from different dye lots. These factors are beyond the control of our staff as they have many orders to fulfill daily and cannot ensure that all items come from the same dye lot items may come from different dye lots.

If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.
