I have owned and operated a Party Rental Business in Las Vegas for the past 23 years. We purchase linens from several vendors and happened to find Linens & Chair Covers.Com on a Google Search. These guys are probably not as well known as some of the other large manufacturers on the East Coast but we decided to give them a try. We have completed about 6 orders with them in the past year. I have found them to be very responsive to our needs. Their prices are competitive and their location in California benefits customers in the Western U.S. Most of our orders are "last minute" and they have been able to fill them for us on time. When you call them for quotes they are very fast in responding and seem to want the business. They also provide quick tracking information that is reassuring when you are working with short time frames. We also like the pricing on their imported line of linens. These guys are worth a look, especially if you are located in the West.

I had no problems with returning the linen. I sent it back, ground UPS with the stickers that you sent to me. It was taken and a receipt was given on 9/5 and should be arriving to you in the next day or so, whatever the return labels adhere to. I would like to thank you all for all the help that you gave to me when I ordered them and they made a great impact opposed to using plastic tablecloths. We did not use all of the linen that I ordered and the things that were utilized were folded and packed away into the boxes. I will be sure to refer your company to anyone looking to rent. First, I would just like to say thank you for your prompt delivery of the chair covers; not to mention they were lovely. I was so surprised of the condition of the covers; they were like new.... They made the reception hall look so elegant. The Bride and the Groom was elated and so was the decorator when they saw them.... I have catered affairs where the chair covers cost more to rent and the condition of them was horrible...to the point of being dingy in color and holes in them from wear and tear I guess.... But not Linen N Chair Covers... Not forgetting that your price was more than reasonable and as you know with the expense of everything else that goes along with a wedding - to have something that was needed to be so affordable was the icing on the cake. We are so happy that we found you on the Internet and we will continue to patronize your services again and again in the future..... Thank you again.
